All new members pay a one-time family registration fee of $4.95 then any applicable program fees are based on a per month basis. If you select the annual pre-pay option you will receive one month free!
Be advised that only the Standard Plan may be used with and paid for from your MSA account funds. Under Medicare rules, only medication and equipment related to your settlement and accounted for in the MSA may be paid for with your MSA funds. Any medication, equipment, or other benefits you choose to purchase that are not related to your MSA account, must be paid for from other sources. Please keep this in mind when choosing your method of payment during the sign up process.
